Applecart Arts - Our Venue
We’ve moved! In December 2021 we stripped our lighting rig, packed up boxes and loaded up the van and made the move to our new venue, The Passmore Edwards Building in Plashet Grove, East Ham. (Find us here.) Opened in 1899, Passmore Edwards is a beautiful former library and registry office that was just waiting for a new lease of life – enter Applecart Arts! We're thrilled to have considerately renovated this building to a point where we are now open to the public (and have been since mid-2022). Having spent months gaining planning permission, and then re-wiring, drilling, painting, sanding and cleaning, we are thrilled to see our new home continue to thrive.
